Join the LEDC’s Art Committee, local businesses, and Open Sound for a creative evening celebrating artists, small businesses, and music.
This free event invites you to explore the creative spaces of talented artists at the Utility Works and MakerSpace Artist Studio Buildings, enjoy local businesses with their pop-up artist highlights, and experience a pop-up concert along the way. Come discover unique art, engage with the artists, and enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere in our charming downtown.
What to Expect:
5 – 8 p.m. – Artist Studios Open for Touring: Meet the artists behind the work at Utility Works and the MakerSpace while enjoying a glass of wine and small bites. See where the magic happens and learn about their creative processes. Participating artists include Nicole Gordon, Robin Helling, John Kovach, Susan O’Reilly , Zach Ozma , Nicky Pasterfield , Mary Lou Ryce, Stephanie Strassel, Karen Tate , Maura Williams, and Jean Wong . Organized by the Lansdowne Art Committee of the LEDC.
5 – 8 p.m. – Art Galleries Open for Touring: See curated exhibitions at the 20*20 House, Gallery 26, and the Kiosk Gallery.
5 – 10 p.m. – Business and Artist Pop-Ups: Local businesses, including Camellia Coffee, Scrappy Cat, Crisp Ckik’n, Jamey’s House of Music , Sophusion, Sweet Gardenia , and Vinyl Revival , will stay open late so that you can explore our walkable downtown. Artists will have pop-ups along the way.
7 – 10 p.m. – Live Music: Enjoy live performances by Red Birds, Love? Said the Commander, and Night Windows. Curated by Open Sound. Weather permitting.
